14 day returns after delivery for full refund (expedited shipping costs are excluded). After 14 days, we cannot offer a refund.
30 day online store credit after delivery. After 30 days, we cannot offer store credit & exchanges.
Regular purchases are eligible for Full Refund (minus any added expedited shipping costs) to Original Payment Method.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it and must have the original packaging. If a returned item is received by Paulsvisionusa and is missing from the package, damaged due to negligent packaging or re-packaging by the customer, we will be unable to issue a refund.
A 5% Restocking Fee is only applied to the following: “Return to Sender” packages such as: Wrong Address, Refused Shipment, Unable to Forward. Regular returns do not incur a restocking fee.
1. Please remember to take several photos of your item to show item was not damaged before return shipping. These may be requested if the item is returned in destroyed or damaged condition.
2. If item was shipped in new condition and it is returned in damaged/broken condition, there will be a 50% restocking fee from the MSRP of the frame. This is policy and it is non-negotiable.
3. Please include proof of purchase/online receipt or order # inside the package.
